Winchester Baseball has achieved a status of  501 (c) (3) with the Department of Treasury (IRS) since April 23, 1993 This would allow persons to make donations, bequests, transfers and or gifts to the league that are tax exempt. We of course are not tax attorneys or Certified Public Accountants and persons should contact their tax authorities when making gifts, donations. etc.
